Biography

George Fleming was appointed to succeed Ian Stewart and the former Hearts, Dundee United and St Johnstone man nearly managed to get the club promoted in his first season, finishing third. Fleming spent just over two years at Gayfield before being sacked in the January 1985 after a run of poor results.
