Biography

Shaw was signed in the summer of 1980 after leaving Hearts and he spent a total of five years at Gayfield. During his first three seasons he was a regular in the team before a bad injury kept him out for the majority of the 1983-84 campaign. The following season, after the sacking of George Fleming, he took charge of the team for five games and he continued to play until the end of that season when he left the club.
