John Jolly
Biography
John was provisionally signed from Forfar Celtic in June 1957, and he spent a further season with his junior club before being called up a year later. He would spend two seasons at Gayfield, featuring in six competitive games in his first season at the club before dropping out the team and playing for the reserves during the 1959-60 season. He would leave the club at the end of that campaign, going into the forces on national service, during which he played football in England where he was stationed.
